It may be lighter in colour than traditional red wines, but Pinot Noir wines are as healthy to the body when taken in moderation as wines from other grapes.

Researchers have also stated that resveratrol showed proved useful in the treatment and prevention of degenerative diseases, such as Huntington’s, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.
