What are your operating times? is open for you to place and track orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, our business operating hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (including public holidays). We are open from 12pm-5pm on Sundays.


How do I place an order?

Simply add products to your shopping cart and follow the checkout procedure to place your order. If you experience any technical issues, please call us and we’ll take your order over the phone.

What is the minimum/maximum order I can place?

We have a minimum order of N30,000 and an unlimited maximum order requirement.

Can I order by telephone or email?

It is best to use our online system to place your orders, but we understand that sometimes you may like to speak to someone or there may be technical issues. You can always contact our customer services team if you would like to place an order over the phone or send your order via email to [email protected]

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

You may cancel your order once it has been placed. You have up to 72 hours to cancel your order. Please view our returns policy for further details.


Are my transactions secure?

Yes! Your transactions are secure. To give our customers confidence and integrity we use SSL to protect and secure transactions between your web browser and our servers. Your payment information is not made visible or accessible to the outside world as our servers are maintained and hosted in a secure location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cheques or cash, however, you can pay on using Paystack or Visa QR code.  Payment options are given during the checkout process.


Where is my order?

Delayed orders can occur due to some reasons which may include payment failures, shipping problems or even us (after all mistakes can be made). We ask that you allow for 2-3 working days to receive your order within Lagos. You can still contact our customer services team, who will be happy to help.

Who will deliver my order?

Our dispatch riders will deliver to you. When our dispatch riders are fully booked, we contract a courier service to get your orders across to you.

Do you offer Same Day delivery?

Same day delivery service only applies to orders within Lagos Island. We deliver to Lagos Mainland within 48 hours after you have made payment. Also, deliveries outside Lagos take between 3-5 working days.

Do you deliver and how much is the delivery charge?

The standard delivery charge for deliveries within Lagos metropolis is N1000. An extra charge is added for deliveries going to the outskirts of Lagos and other states depending on the location.

Can you deliver to a different address from the billing address?

Yes. This option is given to you during the checkout process. Please take care when entering your delivery details.

Can I pick up my order?

Being an online business, we currently do not encourage picking up of orders. If this is an inconvenience to you, kindly speak to our customer services team who will advise you further.

I received a faulty/damaged bottle, what shall I do?

Shipping bottles and (fairly) fragile products can lead to damages whilst your order is in transit. Your orders are always carefully packaged before being dispatched and we instruct our courier service providers to treat them with care. Should you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will always replace the same for you. Kindly view our returns policy for further information.
