Tall Horse Sauvignon Blanc pleasures with expressive grassy and tropical fruit aromas. It is energetic with well-rounded granadilla, gooseberry, green pineapple and citrus flavours on the palate, culminating in a lovely, zesty, fresh finish. Pair this with a variety of seafood such as shellfish, salmon or tuna. It also pairs well with summer salads, asparagus quiche, and grilled calamari. The grapes for Tall Horse’s Sauvignon Blanc are vinified separately at 13°C in stainless steel tanks until dry, then left on the lees until final blending, filtration and bottling at their cellars in Wellington. Tall Horse wines are exported to over forty countries all over the world after leaving vineyards grown in near perfect conditions for wine grapes. Since 2005, this authentic, unique African wine has produced and distributed Tall Horse Merlot, Tall Horse Cabernet Sauvignon, Tall Horse Chardonnay, Tall Horse Sauvignon Blanc, Tall Horse Shiraz, Tall Horse Pinotage, and Tall Horse Chenin Blanc.
