Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial is the world’s first and only champagne created specifically to be served on ice. The champagne is a creation of Chef de Cave Benoît Gouez. While staying true to the Moet & Chandon style, the champagne reaches its full expression when the ice melts into it. Bright fruitiness, a seductive palate and elegant maturity distinguishes the champagne from others. Claude Moët founded the Moët et Chandon champagne house in 1743. It is the largest champagne house in France. The house produces large volumes of non-vintage wine under the White Star and Brut Imperial designations, but is best known for its premium brand Dom Pérignon.
