1. Whisky Buck
INGREDIENTS
- 3 parts whiskey
- ½ parts lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
- 4 parts ginger beer
- ice cubes
HOW TO MIX
- fill up the collins glass with ice
- pour whiskey, sugar syrup, lime juice, and ginger beer into the glass
- stir together
- garnish with lime wedge mint leaves
2. Snow Cap
INGREDIENTS
- 3 parts half & half
- 2 parts whiskey
- 1½ parts Triple sec
- 1½ parts sugar syrup
- ice cubes
HOW TO MIX
- fill up the shaker with ice
- pour sugar syrup, Triple sec, Bourbon, and half & half into the shaker
- shake well
- strain into the snifter glass

INGREDIENTS
- 1½ parts Canadian whisky
- ½ parts Amaretto

- 1 part lime juice
- crushed ice
- ice cubes
HOW TO MIX

- pour lime juice, grenadine, sugar syrup, and Bourbon into the shaker

- 1 dash angostura
- 2 parts whiskey
